Big Maze a Guinness World Record?

June 23, 2011 - BigMazes.com has made a claim with Guinness with its first big maze, The Scramber.

Well, the jury is out. What will the verdict be? I'm talking about the Guiness Book of World Records jury. BigMazes.com has filed a claim with Guiness with The Scrambler. We believe that our huge maze is the biggest single-sheet paper maze in the world. Now we're hoping the Guinness agrees with us.

When filling out the application, one of the questions was in regards to the media you would invite if you won. I laughed at that, because there isn't too much media coverage of or in Eastern Oregon, where BigMazes.com is based. So what did we say to Guinness? Well, we may be small, but we love our own around here. So I told them that if we should happen to win, we'd give all the bragging rights to our local media, small though they may be.

Now all we have to do is win. Keep your fingers crossed for us, and we'll let you know what Guinness has to say about our "world's biggest single-sheet paper maze."
