All sales of BigMazes.com products are final.
Returns may be authorized only under the following conditions:
- Customer receives a seriously defective product. Such defects could include tears, cuts, water damage, ink voids, or other damage that affect the maze area of the print to such a degree as to render the maze unusable. These defects must have resulted from faulty manufacturing, or during transit from BigMazes.com to Customer, and cannot have been the result of removal from the packaging by Customer.
To resolve:
- If the maze has been damaged beyond what you will accept as a usable product, please contact us at sales@bigmazes.com or call 541-403-2090.
- Customer received incorrect product, as determined by a verification of and comparison with BigMazes.com-generated receipt (Current transaction system is PayPal).
- If it is verified that you receive a product you did not order, we will send you the correct product at no additional cost to you (if correct product is in stock...within two business days of the date on which a replacement is found to be in order; if correct product is not in stock, within two business weeks of the date on which a replacement is found to be in order).
Once BigMaze.com product is in Customer's possession (product is delivered, opened, and found to be in satisfactory condition), replacements, returns, or refunds, will not be given under any of the following conditions (this list is not exhaustive, and BigMazes.com reserves the right to determine on a case-by-case basis the validity of all claims for replacements, returns, or refunds):
- Product has been marked in any degree with any writing medium.
- Product has sustained damage of any kind including, but not limited to, tears, wrinkles, water damage, cuts, stains, erasure, and writing marks.
- Customer decides he/she does not want to start maze.
- Customer is unable to complete maze.
- Customer loses interest in completing maze.
