1. Free Mazes

Aspen Digital (hereafter BigMazes.com) offers some of its mazes free of charge.

BigMazes.com free mazes may be reproduced freely for not-for-profit personal, and/or educational use under the following conditions:

1. No part of the PDF file (or the embedded JPEG) may be altered, destroyed, omitted, enlarged, streteched, or obscured. This includes:
   • The BigMazes.com logo
   • The Difficulty Classification graphic at the bottom left of the page
   • The copyright disclosure on the bottom right of the page
   • The Item number at the top right of the page
2. The maze paths may not be altered from their original state, as presented on the BigMazes.com website

BigMazes.com free mazes may be reproduced in for-profit maze compliations in either printed or electronic forms under the following conditions:

1. The maze paths may not be altered from their original state, as presented in the original file on the BigMazes.com website
2. The BigMazes.com logo must remain in its original position, as presented in the original file on the BigMazes.com website
3. A copy of the printed compilation is delivered to Aspen Digital, PO Box 33, Haines, Oregon 97833 and/or a link to the online compilation page and its parent site are sent to us via email.

BigMazes.com free mazes may not be reproduced individually for profit of any kind.

2. Large-format Printed Mazes

BigMazes.com designs, produces and sells large-format (larger than 8.5"x11") printed mazes for profit. All rights in regards to these mazes are exclusively retained by BigMazes.com. BigMazes.com's large-format mazes may not be reproduced, in whole or in part, in printed or electronic form, for any reason whatever, without the written consent of a managing agent of BigMazes.com.

3. Standard-size Electronic Mazes

Rights disclosures will be made available for these mazes when they are added to the store.

Additional Provisions

Violations of BigMazes.com's copyright will be investigated and prosecuted pursuant to U.S. copyright law.

BigMazes.com reserves the right to revise and amend all rights disclosures and sales in relation to its proprietary maze designs, prints, and electronic files.

Any and all rights related to our mazes not expressly enumerated above are retained by BigMazes.com.
